News Article: Yevgeny Glushkevich, Coauthor of the Belarusian Constitution, Dies at 54

"Yevgeny Glushkevich, one of the authors of the Belarusian Constitution, adopted on March 15, 1994, has died at the age of 54."

"Mr. Glushkevich's funeral took place in Vitebsk on January 22. In their speeches, friends and colleagues described the late member of the 12th Supreme Soviet as a 'man of principle', who 'always resisted routine and dogmatism'."
