Webcams of Belarus

The following is a very short list of Webcams that show live or almost live views of places in Belarus.

Please contact me if you have any updates or corrections. (Thanks in advance!)

• View of National Library (or Victory Square or Independence Square), Miensk (hosted by 21.BY)

• The first Webcam in Miensk, as far as I know. The camera's location has changed several times (this is at least the third location, and may alternate between locations, from time to time: for example, Victory Square, Independence Square, and the National Library). Highly unreliable, however.

• Miensk City Executive Committee Building

• Two views from the Miensk City Executive Committee Building; however, the second camera has never worked, as far as I know. Other videos and interesting information is also available from this Web site.

• City of Brest, Belarus (view of Prospekt Masherova)

• Brest (city on southwest Belarus-Poland border), view of Prospekt Masherova (image updated every few seconds). Appears to be the best maintained of the Belarus-related Webcams (and includes weather information). Click the "Новая камера - новый вид" link near the bottom of that page for a larger Webcam view.

• Two Webcam views of Internet-Cafe SoyuzONline (Miensk)

• I'm not sure how active these Webcams are (there are two views of the cafe). In viewing over a one-week period, the images never changed.

• Note: Most of the sites listed are identical to what's included here, but Dr. Kostyukovich's Web site is an important resource about Belarus on the Internet.
